About the Journal

JEMa Journal of Educational Management is an open access and peer-reviewed scholarly journal that aims to disseminate research conducted by lecturers, teachers, and students within the academic community. The journal focuses on the fields of Educational Management, Educational Administration, and Educational Leadership, covering both theoretical and applied studies relevant to current developments in education. JEMa is published biannually, in May and November, by The Study Program Magister Administrasi Pendidikan, FKIP, University of Lampung.
